Typical sets include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, phytosanitary certificate (where required), certificate of origin, treatment certificates (fumigation/heat treatment) and traceability/lot numbers. We tailor the pack to your import permit.

How do you ensure product quality?

We inspect moisture and foreign matter before dispatch, grade visually, and offer lab testing on request. Lots are segregated and labelled; pre-shipment inspection can be arranged with buyer or third-party agencies.

What are typical lead times after order confirmation?

Most straw and biomass programs ship within 2–4 weeks after order confirmation and payment terms are agreed, subject to stock, packaging and port space. Silage and custom wood programs may take longer.

What are bale sizes and container loads?

Small bales are often 15–30 kg. Indicative container loads are ~18–24 MT per 20′ and ~24–28 MT per 40′ for compressed straw bales — exact weights depend on bale size, compression and container tare. We confirm stuffing plans before booking.

What treatments are available?

Fumigation, heat treatment and kiln-drying (for wood residues) are arranged when importing countries require them. Treatment type must match your import permit — share requirements early.

We typically work with advance TT, partial advance + balance against documents, or L/C for established buyers. Terms are confirmed in proforma invoice.

Do you arrange shipping and insurance?

Yes. Under FOB we deliver to port; under CIF we arrange freight and minimum insurance to the named destination port. EXW leaves inland and international freight to the buyer.

Can you supply yearly contracts or only seasonal lots?

Both. Seasonal harvest lots and annual call-off contracts are available when warehouse stacking and sourcing are planned in advance.
