Structured processing protects product value from field to container.
Sourcing
We contract farmers and aggregators at harvest for wheat, rice, mustard, sesame and pulse straws, and partner with mills for husk and wood residues. Seasonal windows are planned months ahead for large programs.
Cleaning & drying
Material is cleaned to reduce soil, stone and weed content. Drying targets are set per end use — dairy roughage, pellet feedstock or industrial fuel — with moisture checks at intake and before baling.
Baling & grading
Small square bales (typically 15–30 kg), compressed export bales, jumbo bags and bulk loads are produced to buyer specifications. Visual grading and optional lab tests support contracts.
Pre-dispatch QA
Moisture meters, foreign matter checks and bale integrity inspection are standard. Fumigation, heat treatment or kiln-drying is arranged when importing countries require it.
